Closed12 sells a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are ever sent to you.
What is delivered
Testing. A campaign is a number of testers running a session of a set length for a set number of days, with written feedback, and — on the plans that include it — a screen recording and screenshots.
When it is delivered
Your campaign goes live as soon as payment clears, normally within a few minutes. Testers begin claiming seats immediately and the first sessions usually arrive the same day.
Delivery then runs for the number of days you booked. Feedback, recordings and screenshots appear in the Closed12 app as each session is approved, within 24 hours of the session.
Where it is delivered
Inside the Closed12 Android app, under the account you paid from. There is no separate download and nothing is emailed.
If delivery does not happen
If your campaign is not filled, or testers drop out, the undelivered part is refunded automatically. See the refund policy.
