In the app
Open Closed12, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. It takes effect immediately.
If you are a tester with an unpaid balance, withdraw it first. Deleting the account forfeits whatever is left.
By email
If you cannot get into the app, email vikasbuilds.ofc@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We process it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your name, email address and phone number.
Your state, city, device details and capacity settings.
Your bank account link, so no further payouts can be made.
Your push notification tokens and your saved logins.
Any screen recordings and screenshots still held, within 30 days.
Your running jobs and campaign seats are cancelled and released.
What is kept, and why
Payment and payout records — what was charged, refunded and withdrawn. Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain these, so they cannot be deleted on request. They are held against an anonymised account with no name, email or phone attached.
If the account was permanently banned for fraud, the device binding is kept so the same handset cannot immediately return under a new account.
Signing up again
Your email address is released when the account is deleted, so you can sign up again with the same Google account. It will be a new account with no history, no balance and no rating.
